For First Author / Presenter and Co-Author, submit your research paper/abstract with the required details.

You may submit papers according to the applicable submission rules.

Your submission will be reviewed by the conference review team. You can track the status of your submission from your participant dashboard.

First Author / Presenter: You may submit unlimited papers. You become eligible to proceed to registration payment when ANY ONE of your submitted papers is approved/accepted.

Co-Author: You may also submit papers. You become eligible to proceed to registration payment when ANY ONE paper linked to you as a Co-Author is approved/accepted.

Attendee Only: You can proceed directly to registration payment without a paper acceptance requirement.

Important: Approval of one paper unlocks the payment for that participant. You do not need all submitted/linked papers to be approved.

Complete the registration payment using the available payment option and submit the required transaction/payment proof.

The conference team will verify your payment. Once verified, your registration will be confirmed.

If applicable, select your preferred Knowledge Immersion (KI) Workshop during the registration/payment process.

After successful payment verification, your registration confirmation and participant pass will be issued.

Bring your registration/participant pass and attend the conference, presentations, workshops, and other scheduled activities.
